Terms and conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the piece is in its original condition, with tags, unwashed and unworn. Estel reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the criteria (broken, stained, worn clothing)
- Certain items may be excluded from this return policy, such as final sale items, on sale over 20% off, or other items specifically marked as non-returnable.
- Return costs are assumed by the customer and initial delivery costs are not refundable.
Return procedure:
- Complete the form above by clicking on the “returns” button
- Print your return label that you received by email
- Include a document/sheet with information: order number, name, telephone number
- Pack the product carefully in its original packaging, if possible.
- Send everything to the address indicated and drop it off at the post office.
Please note that you have a maximum period of 10 days following receipt of your label to send us the package. If the 10 day period is exceeded, we are obliged to refuse your return.

Refund or exchange or cancellation
- A fee of $11.99 (plus tax) will apply to all returns shipped to the warehouse and will be deducted from the refund.
- The refund will be made to your original payment method. Once the package is received at our warehouse, please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to process and receive your refund (delays may vary depending on your financial institution).
- Exchanges are not accepted, only possible to do so in person at the showroom in Saint-Augustin. Please write to orders@estelthelabel to inform you of hours and make an appointment.
